Wednesday 6 am – 1 pm**
Friday: 6 am – 1 pm**
*24/7 Fitness Access required at Dodge Fitness Center during non-staffed hours. Stop by the fitness center during staffed hours to program your ID for access.
**Please be advised that our limited schedule is structured to be as consistent as possible, as we rely on a small team of student lifeguards; however, short-notice closures may still be necessary due to staffing availability. Thank you for your understanding. Pool hours will be adjusted in April 2026 for Seasonal Pool Transition.

About Us
Wright-Patt offers three opportunities for swimming on and near the base. There are two outdoor pools and one indoor pool.
The indoor pool is located inside Dodge Fitness Center and is open from Fall thru Spring for lap swimming.
Patterson Outdoor Pool is located behind the Wright-Patt Club and Prairies Outdoor Pool is located in the Prairies Housing Complex. The outdoor pools are normally open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

Season Pass

Family season passes include up to 6 people. Additional family members are $10 each.

Family monthly passes include up to 6 people. Additional family members are $10 each.
- Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
- Children 11-13 must pass a swim test before coming to the pool unaccompanied.
- No children under 18 years of age in the pool during 15 min rest period. (Exception: Mothers of fathers holding babies)
- No alcohol or drugs.
- No tobacco use within 50 feet of the facility.
- No profanity or obscene gestures.
- No food or drinks within 10 feet of the pool.
- No glass containers or glass dive masks.
- Only Coast Guard approved flotation devices permitted. Lifejackets are only permitted when accompanied by an adult.
- No inflatables (noodles, water wings, etc.) or mermaid tails.
- Diving is only permitted in the deep end – No flipping into pool.
- No running, pushing, or horseplay of any kind. This includes grabbing around the neck, sitting on top of shoulders, or anything the Lifeguard deems unsafe.
- No hard throwing objects.
- No hanging on the lane lines or life lines.
- No playing in the lap lanes, these are for continuous swimming.
- No playing on the ladders.
- Personal music playing devices must be used with headphones.
- No animals except service animals.
Base Identification & Guest Information
Outdoor Recreation facilities are only open to those with base access including Active Duty military, retired military, DOD civilians, DOD contractors and dependents with DD Form 1173.
Guest are not permitted to purchase multiple visit passes. Base ID holders can sponsor up to 10 guests per ID.
