Wright Field Fitness Center is located on Area B. Converted from a hanger, this fully equipped fitness center offers a variety of activities to help you meet your fitness goals. In addition to your standard cardio and weight equipment, Wright Field Fitness Center features an indoor basketball court, functional fitness rooms, and racquetball courts.

Group Fitness Classes

Battle Fit (M/W/F)

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Battle Fit is universal! Using a combination of bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, TRX®, and other fitness accessories in a timed circuit, this class hits every major component of physical fitness in one hour: cardiorespiratory health, stamina, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. This all-inclusive class has the flexibility to adapt to any fitness level. If you like team based workouts and having fun while working out, this is the class for you!

Yoga (M/Th)

Mondays & Thursdays: 5:00 – 6:00 PM

Fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting breath with movement. Be prepared for a full-body, deep stretching workout!

Indoor Cycle (T/Th)

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:30 – 7:30 AM

Indoor cycling is built on interval training, i.e. alternating cardio/resistance. This class will burn major calories while improving your speed and endurance! The difficulty level can be adjusted higher or lower to meet all abilities.

Boot Camp (T)

Tuesdays: 5:00 – 6:00 PM

This energetic class combines conditioning with full body strength work for maximum fat burning and muscle building results. You will experience a variety of equipment and training formats to fully challenge your endurance and strength. Suitable for all fitness levels; modifications and progressions will be provided as needed.

Zumba (W)

Wednesdays: 5:00 – 6:00 PM

You’ll enjoy this easy to follow, heart pumping, calorie-burning blast as you lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape.

*All Classes are FREE and open to Active Duty, Dependents, Civilians, and Retirees.
